نبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ  

وَأَنَّ عَذَابِي هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الأَلِيمُ   

Declare (O Muhammad) to My slaves that truly I am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

And that My torment is indeed the most painful torment.
